Seller tells us this was purchased from a bakery. Older style, and still in use in bakeries and commercial kitchens today. Rare to find one with all of the paddles. It has been sitting in the barn for some years, but seller tells us it worked smoothly when last used. It takes 230V, single phase power, and has a standard dryer plug. The round handle raises and lowers the mixing bowl easily. Well made, all cast iron and heavy! It is sitting on a wood platform with 4 heavy duty castors on the bottom. A forklift will be available to help load. It is about 67” tall
