For squeezing the juice out of fruit. Has been inside the barn for many years. The screw turns to press down on the fruit. The 2 baskets are wood, with no bottoms. The juice is squeezed out the bottom and runs into the bottom and out the lower front. The wood is loose, especially at the front, it needs reinforcing. The press probably had a larger piece that attached to the head at one point. One of the 2 baskets has some pieces chewed away at the top. Both are loose.
