Description:

Runs smoothly, but has been sitting in the barn for a long time. The top section is rubbing on the wheel, needs something to secure the mount. Did not try with water to see if the pump in top works. Well made, all steel. Will run in forward or reverse. The cord plug has come apart and needs to be replaced, see pics. About 14” tall.
