These have been in the seldom used living room since new, both show little if any use and are in very good condition. The loveseat glides foreword and back. Both are well made by England, a La-Z-Boy Company. The larger sofa is 37” high at the middle of the back, 84” wide, and 35” deep. The loveseat is 35” high in the back idle, 62” wide and 35” deep. Buyer will need to bring help to move and load.  This lot is in a home in South Woodland, and no loading help will be available.
