All 3 pieces are modern, and in good condition, all are particle board with vinyl veneer to resemble wood. The larger bookshelf needs some tightening, others are all tight, sturdy and in good condition. The computer desk is 52” high at the top of the shelf. The desk itself is 28.5” high, 53.5” wide and 22.5” deep. The shelf on top is 23.5” tall and just over 9” deep. The larger bookshelf has a top that lifts off, and is 31” high, 29” wide and 15” deep. The smaller bookshelf is 28” tall, 31.5” wide and 9.5” deep. Buyer will need to bring help to move and load.  This lot is in a home in South Woodland, and no loading help will be available.
