This was in the rarely used guest room, and is clean and in very good condition. The mattress is a Spring Air Ambiance, with pillow top. Includes a sturdy frame, and a wooden headboard. The headboard is wider than the mattress, probably for a king-sized bed. The mattress is a standard Queen - 80” x 60”. The headboard is 37” tall, 66” wide, and 9” deep. Buyer will need to bring help to move and load.  This lot is in a home in South Woodland, and no loading help will be available.
