This is a hand signed Artist's Proof by famed railroad artist Wentworth Folkins. It is labeled A/P 33/55 and signed by him just below the picture. It is a print of a well known original titled 'The Water Stop' and features a locomotive from the Canadian Pacific Railroad. The outside measures 30" wide x 24.5" high.
