Matches the recliner in Lot 26. Very comfortable, Top of back is 38" high. Overall it is 45"wide and 45" deep. Has a soft, suede like material that is labeled as Polyester. Shows some use, but is in good, useable condition with no stains or smells. Does have some minor marks on the fabric that is difficult to get in pics, but is in very good condition with no stains or smells.
