Was originally a water fountain, and has been planted. It could still be a water fountain. There is a hole in the very top to pump water out and down the top through the top bowl to the lower bowl, where a pump would be under the base. No pump is included. 3 pieces, the top section above the bowl edge is one piece, the lower bowl is one piece and the lower pedestal is the other. The top is about 57” high. The upper bowl is 16” wide on the outside, the lower bowl is 32”. Buyer can get fairly close but will need to bring help to move and load.
