The file drawers in the desk and in the file cabinet can be set up for legal or letter sized. All in good usable condition. The desk surface is 29” high, 59.75” wide and 30” deep. The file cabinet is 28.85” high, 30” wide and 19” deep. The chair has a few small rips, but is comfortable and in good usable condition, with adjustable height and backrest tension. Buyer will need to bring help to load from a bedroom. Buyer may need to take the desk apart to get out of the room. It appears to be held together with Phillips head screws. It needs to fit through a 29” doorway.
