From the seldom used living room, in a clean, smoke and pet free home. It is in good condition, and folds out to make a full-sized bed. There is a very light spot on the front of one cushion, visible in pics with flash, hard to see in regular light and it may clean out. The outside of the sofa is 27” high at the back, and 70” wide. Without the bed folded out, it is 34” deep. The mattress is by King Koil, and is 52” x 70”. Not far from the front door, but fairly heavy. Buyer will need to bring help to load.
