All old construction, the two leaves fit under the table surface and can easily pull out. The table is all Oak, with detailed carvings on the sides and legs, and a laminated design in the top. The chairs are all comfortable with cane seats. One of the chairs needs the cane repaired, others are all in very good condition. The top of the table and the leaves could use refinishing, the leaves are darker than the surface but all usable as is. The table is 29” high and 39” wide. Without the leaves pulled out, it is just under 51” long. Each leaf adds 19.5” in length, so it can be 70” or 90” long. The chairs are all 40” tall at the back, the seats are 17” high and 19.5” wide at the front. Buyer will need to bring help to move and load.
