Sac Valley Auctions

Most are still sealed, with the date code on the lower left front. There are 2 each from 1956, 1957, 1969, 1970 and 1971. Each brown envelope appears to contain one sheet of coins, sealed in plastic from the Philadelphia Mint. The white envelopes appear to contain two sheets of coins, one from the Denver Mint and one from San Francisco.
