Both of the figures with clocks are working, the clocks are quartz and take a single AA battery, both keep time. Each also has a music box inside. The hobo standing makes a whistling sound, the hobo on the park bench makes a harmonica sound. The clown holding the balloons does not work, even with new batteries. Each has a compartment for 3 AA Batteries in the bottom. All 3 are Melody in Motion figures, marked as Hand Painted Porcelain. The clocks are 15.5” and 15” tall, the other is 10.5”
