Description:

All metal with a hard enamel finish. Fold up flaps on both sides of the top, plus a lower tray. All metal, with plastic wheels
The top tray is 29.5" high, and 23" long, plus 2" on each side to the handles. With the flaps down, it is 16" wide. With both up it is just under 40" wide
The lower tray has a corroded area, and there are some scuffs and scratches on the top tray and frame from use. Otherwise it is sturdy and in good condition
