Description:

The painting is original oils on art panel, by Verne K. Hartford. See pics of tag on back. The frame is wood with gesso designs, but is separating at the corners. The outside is 22.5" wide x 26.5" tall. The painting itself is 16" wide x 20" high
The mirror has a wood frame with glass front, decorated on the inside of the glass. The outside is 21.5" x 21.5". The mirror has very slight hazing in one place, otherwise in very good condition
