Description:
  • The oil lamp has a patent date of 1870 on the glass oil tank. The figure is metal, may be Pewter, some of the gold paint is coming off the face, but it is intact. The base is metal. It is 14” tall at the top of the burner, 23” at the top. The pickle jar is all glass, with a metal handle and fork. No maker’s marks found. There are some tiny chips and normal roughness around the top of the jar. The handle is 9.5” tall. The picture appears to be an antique chromolithograph, in a wood frame with wavy, antique glass over the front.
