Built to catch rainwater for later use. Seller tells us he had it under a downspout at one time and it filled up quickly. It is made of a coated vinyl material, with plastic legs and a plastic ring in the top. It can all fold up when not in use. It has a zipped top with screen to keep leaves, etc out, an overflow in the top and a valve on the bottom to dispense the water. It is about 28” tall and 24” wide, looks like it will hold about 40 gallons.
