Both are well made of solid Maple, and marked Conant Ball
The corner desk is 28.5" high, and 42.5" wide on the outside corners, and 32" deep at the front
The desk has some very light checking in the top - only visible in direct light and not in pics
Top of chair back is 31" high, seat is 17" high and 18" wide
The chair has some staining on the seat - see pics, otherwise solid sturdy and in very good condition
Both show light use, but are sturdy and in very good condition
