Appears to be complete. The bottom plastic tabs that hold the flat detector in place at the bottom of the unit are broken off - see pics. We could not get either the internal ni-cad battery or the extra battery to charge with the included charger. The charger is made to charge the unit with input from either a 12V DC Car battery or from a 110V AC Plug. The selector switch on the charger may be bad, and is missing the knob. Includes the headphones to use above water, but one side of the headphone is broken - see pics. Also includes an underwater sound emitter that plugs into the top of the unit. All looks like it could work, no sign that it has leaked, and all sealed. Comes in a carrying bag.
