Runs and keeps time. Very sensitive to being level, it took us a while to get it to stay running, but it ran for several days in our warehouse. Includes a winding key. The chime is muffled, it makes a clunk sound. Could be made louder by moving the coil gong. The top front section of the case is loose, but it stays in place. The case is 22” high, 14” wide at the base, and 4.5” deep.
