Description:

Made by the Torsion Balance Company. The scale mechanism is all enclosed. The weight can be adjusted by the metal rod that goes through the side. The mechanism is a little stiff, needs to be taken apart and cleaned/lubed to be in working condition. Otherwise, complete and in good condition. The main case is 5” tall, 12” wide and 5.5” deep.
