Description:

Works and almost balances out at zero, just needs to be dialed in. Was used commercially at one point, and has San Mateo County Weights and Measures Stickers from 1971 - 1973. Well-made of iron and steel, with steel wheels. Will weigh up to about 350 lbs. The top is 43” high, the platform is 18” x 27”.
