Description:
  • Both instruments are made by Airguide, and marked Made in Western Germany. The clock has a wind-up movement and runs and keeps time. The winding key is included and it appears to run for 8 days on a winding. It can also make a soft sound of a ship’s bell on the half hour and hour, with the number of rings increasing by one with each, to 8 then it starts over at 1. Both instruments are 5” wide and about 3” deep. Both are mounted with tiny screws on a piece of aged wood, the mounts could use reinforcement.
