Description:

Dated 1962. All metal with markings from the Civil Service. Holds 17 1/2 gallons of drinking water. Also has instructions on the front to use as a commode. No water inside, but it feels like something is in the bottom, so it has been opened. We did not attempt to open. It has a couple of dents, see pics. 22” tall and 16” wide.
