• Browning A5, Semi-Auto Shotgun, chambered for 2 3/4” or 3”. Vent rib 28” barrel with injector screw-in choke, but no choke tool. Serial number 116ZY04754. Good condition, with camo finish, but the camo on the stock and foregrip is sticky. The butt pad is also deteriorating. The finish on the barrel and action are fine. They will oversee the required transfer, background check, and 10 day waiting period required by law. Woodland Firearms, operates from their new location at 1122 Pendegast St. in Woodland, Ca, by appointment only. They have this firearm and it is available for viewing, by appointment during their normal business hours, which are Daily 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. except closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. The DROS Process must be started within 30 days of the close of the auction, or the gun will be resold

In addition to the purchase price of the firearm, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Woodland Firearms a Background Check fee of $37.19, and a Long Gun fee of $83.00 There will also be a 10-day waiting period starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the firearm. There are also several other rules to be aware of prior to bidding, including:

• The firearm buyer must pass a safety test to obtain a Firearm Safety Certificate, or hold a valid California Hunting License. (Unless they are Active-Duty Military, Peace Officer, etc.). Woodland Firearms can administer this test, and issue the Firearm Safety Certificate for a fee of $25.00.

• In most cases you need a Real ID to purchase a firearm. A Driver’s License is usually not sufficient, unless you also have a certified copy of your Birth Certificate. A current passport will also work.
