This is a complete setup with an upper floor fully supported by the 8’ tall steel shelves below. There are 21 shelves. It is every strong and sturdy, and they have had a lot of weight on the top with no problems. The upper floor is roughly 17’ x 15’, about 250 square feet. The floor is made of all galvanized steel perma-deck sections that are very strong, and there is a stairway leading up to the top. It is supported by struts between the shelves below. The shelves and upper floor will be empty when the buyer picks this up and can be picked up on Monday 2/24. Buyer will need to disassemble the structure. It will be easier to disassemble than it looks because there are very few nuts and bolts holding it together. The galvanized deck pieces are just sitting on the 5 struts that run along the top of the steel shelves below. The steel shelves are held together with the pins on the shelves, and are easily disassembled with a mallet. This lot consists of: 19 Steel Shelves - each 8’ tall, 48.5” wide and 18.5” deep, a stairway with side rails and is about 12’ long and 31” wide, at least 23 of the galvanized deck sections that are 12’ long - each is 9” wide and 1.5” thick, at least 25 more shorter pieces of the galvanized deck sections to make up the smaller spaces. It also includes the tan shelf at the top, both wooden shelves on top - each about 6’ wide and 7’ tall, two of the orange pallet rack style shelves (only one pictured) - each is 84” tall, 88” wide and 32” deep. Buyer will need to wait a couple of days after the regular pickup to come disassemble and load, so the shelves and top can be unloaded. There is a massive amount of storage here!
