Description:

  • Signed in pencil by noted artist Itzchak Tarkay, and numbered 93/400. Has a sticker on back with more info. Professionally framed in ornate wood frame with acrylic over the front. Outside the frame is 39.5” x 34”. The frame has a small chip near the lower left corner, see pics. Otherwise all in good condition.
