  • A signed, open edition Seriolithograph by noted Israeli Artist Itzchak Tarkay. Includes a COA from Park West. Outside the deep wood frame is 29.5” x 36.5”. The frame has some small damaged areas on the top right and lower left corners, see pics. Otherwise, all in good condition with vivid colors.
