Both boards are made by K-2. The Red & Black Board is size 166, the other is 169
The Red & Black board is a number of chips along the edges, especially the front. The other has minor chips, but is in much better condition
The pants are O'Neal, with Monster Logos. Size 32. The backpack also has monster logos
