Description:

Both power up and some tubes light up, but neither works. The Philco makes a loud hum at all volumes. The National Union doesn't make any sound. Did not test the external speaker, neither radio has a plug for an external speaker. Both tuning and volume dials are intact.
The Philco is 6" x 10.75" x 6" deep. The National Union is 8.5" x 13" x 6.5"
