The watercolor is original, and signed Beider Chavez. It is in a wood frame with glass front. The mirror has a painted wood frame, painted and carvings that cover some of the mirror
The painting is 15.5" x 17.5" on the outside of the frame, the painting itself is 9" x 11". The outside of the mirror is 15" x 24"
Both are in very good condition
