Wind up movement. Works and keeps time well. Has a rich double chime on the hour and half hour. The movement and face are both marked Kienzle. The movement is also marked Germany
The base is 19.25" wide and the top is 8.5" high
Shows some light cracking on the finish from age, on both the face and case. Otherwise in very good, usable condition
