All of the neon works, including the eye. Controlled by a pull chain switch on back. The main lights have more red than appears in the pictures
Has the frame around the outside for window mount, or it will stand alone on a surface. Could be hung, but the electrical box sticks out the back
Overall it is 19" tall and 22" wide
