The popular Ruger 10/22 Rifle. This is the ‘Charger’ Model, shoots 22 LR shells. Semi Auto, with a Hogue Over molded Rubber Stock. The scope is a Bushnell 4x, and is clear through the lens. Serial Number 491-24705. The barrel is 18.5”, overall about 35”. The scope has a small scratch in the side, otherwise it is all in good condition. Comes in a padded Redfield case. This is a firearm, subject to state and federal regulations. All firearm purchases must be picked up at Woodland Firearms, a Federal Firearms Dealer located in Woodland, Ca. They will oversee the required transfer, background check, and 10 day waiting period required by law. Woodland Firearms, operates from their new location at 1122 Pendegast St. in Woodland, Ca. They have this firearm and it is available for viewing during their normal business hours, which are Daily 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. except closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
The DROS Process must be started within 30 days of the close of the auction, or the gun will be resold
In addition to the purchase price of the firearm, the buyer will be required to pay directly to Woodland Firearms a Background Check fee of $37.19, and a Long Gun Fee of $83.00. There will also be a 10-day waiting period starting when the background check paperwork is complete, until the buyer can take possession of the firearm. The firearm buyer must pass a safety test to obtain a Firearm Safety Certificate, or hold a valid California Hunting License. (Unless they are Active-Duty Military, Peace Officer, etc.). Woodland Firearms can administer this test, and issue the Firearm Safety Certificate for a fee of $25.00.
In most cases you need a Real ID to purchase a firearm. A Driver’s License is usually not sufficient, unless you also have a certified copy of your Birth Certificate. A current passport will also work.
