According to the brass tag, this painting took 1st Place at the Arts Club of Washington in 1958. The artist’s signature is difficult to read
Oils on stretched canvas in all wood frame
The canvas is 24" x 18". The outside of the wood frame is 31.5" x 25.5"
One corner of the canvas is coming out of the frame - see pics, otherwise in very good condition
