Description:

Was in the seldom used family room, in a home with no pets or smokers. Needs some cleaning, but is in good condition
The sofa is 7’ wide, plus 1-2” of arm padding on each side. The top of the back is 36” high, and it is 36” deep.
Buyer will need to bring help to load. Not super heavy, but will need to be maneuvered through a doorway.
