Appears to be authentic, and an official map showing parcels and boundaries. On heavy paper, with multiple layers and a cloth backing. Wood at each end.
55" wide and 74" tall
Part of the hanging string on top has detached. There is also a stain on one side – see pics of back. Has some scuffs on corners and edges, but is intact, and in very good condition, especially for age
