Description:
  • Seller tells us this is an 1897 Pattern British Officer's Sword. The marking appears to be 'Rob Mole & Sons, Birmingham, Makers to the War and India Offices'. It has detailed markings down both sides of the blade, with a crown on each side
  • Stamped M2194 on top of the blade, near the handle
  • Includes steel scabbard, which also appears to be original
  • Overall it is 38" long. The blade itself is just over 32" long. The scabbard is 33.5" long
  • Shows some age, has patina on the metal. Very good condition
