Owner tells us this has been in her family since the 1940's, and was purchased in Brazil. It was brought to the US in 2001. Surface is 46.5" high, 34.5" wide and 20.5" deep. All carved wood and very well made of Brazilian Walnut (Imbuia). The upper inside cabinet is lined with glass mirrors, and it has two lower drawers. The top accent piece/backsplash is just sitting on top, could be screwed on. One of the mirrors on the inside bottom is cracked, and there are some very fine, minor paint spots on one section of top. The bottom drawer is sticky, could use some minor trimming. There are also some minor scuffs from age. A beautiful piece that is solid and in very good condition. Owner tells us this style is called Manuelino Colonial Style, and probably dates to the 1920’s or earlier.
