Very well made with solid Oak, and cast feet - each holding a glass-like ball. Adjustable height, but the lower steel piece is loose in the wood. Useable as is, and can be adjusted. Adjusts from a height of 19" high to about 23". Solid and in very good condition, with nice wood grain throughout.
