The plastic ticket bin in the middle spins by electric motor, with remote control for on/off and speed. Can also be spun with hand crank. Built on a wood cabinet with laminate finish. The clear plastic bin is 28.5" long, with 6 sides, and is 15" across. Top of plastic ticket holder is 45" high. Overall, it is 43.5" wide and 24" deep. Has 4 heavy duty castors on bottom for moving. Everything works, and it is ready to use. Both the power cord and remote control cord are about 15' long. The tub spins freely, and the electric motor sounds good.
