Description:

Well-made and sturdy. Comfortable as a couch or bed. Has some minor nicks from use, otherwise in very good condition. The cover over the mattress needs cleaning, can easily be removed with the zipper along one side.
The outside of the arms is 79” wide. The top of the back is 36” high, and it is 40” deep woith the back up. The mattress is 72” long and 48” wide
