Description:

New tires, and lots of camping accessories inside. Has been sitting unused for a long time, needs a propane tank for the front and some TLC. The top has been leaking a little and some of the wood in the top only has started to rot in certain places, would not be a difficult repair job. Most of the canvas is in very good condition, but it started to rot in one section along the top – see pics. Usable as is, but will need to be repaired at some point. The lower section is all solid, the crank smoothly raises the roof, it has two 4’wide beds that slide out on each side, and are strong with the included braces. The dinette can also make into a small bed. All of the screens and windows zippers are in good condition. It has a gas stove that mounts on the side. Also has a fresh water tank and a pump sink. There is a 120V cord that powers a transformer, for the single 12V light, and has an outlet inside. Not in the DMV system, buyer will be provided with a Bill of Sale to get title and Permanent Trailer Plates. Buyer will need to get the VIN Number verified by DMV. Also includes a hitch with 2” ball that plugs into a standard receiver hitch. One taillight doesn’t work, and a running light lens is missing. The wiring looks old and needs some attention. Ready to take camping with some TLC. Easy to tow, even with a smaller car. The body itself is 8’ long, with both beds extended out it is 12’
