Description:

All metal, with rear brake and hard rubber tires. Could not find the maker's name. The wheels have probably been replaced, see rear brake, looks like it was made for a bigger tire. Both axles are a little loose. The handlebars are 31`.5” high, and it is 35” long. The wheels are 7”
