Description:

Appears complete and in good working condition. According to the tag it is made by Toledo, Style No. 415. Mounted in the steel base. Needs to be zeroed in, but appears to work well
The highest part is 19.5" high. The main body is 20" ide and the base is 7" deep. Weighs about 40 lbs.
