Seller tells us this was purchased for the guest room and rarely used. Both the box spring and mattress are lightweight, made by Sherwood West, LLC. Both appear to be fairly new. Both have some scuffs and light stains from being moved around. There is a spot of stain or paint on the mattress. The frame is old, and has been repainted. Both the head and foot boards are lightweight tubing, the side rails are heavy angle iron. The mattress is very comfortable, and fairly firm. The frame is tight and sturdy. The headboard and footboard both have some dings and scratches from use. Both are 54” wide. the headboard is 40” high, footboard is 26”. The mattress and box spring are 74” long and 54” wide.
