All steel, could not find a maker’s name. The wheels spin, and the rake raises and lowers with the handle. Not far from being in usable condition. The front drop down may have been added later to tow behind a tractor. The wheels are 54” high, outside the wheels it is 10’ 5” long. Note: This needs to be picked up at the house in a very rural area, about 20 miles North of Stonyford, Ca. Pickup will be by appointment.
