Older, and has been in the seldom used living room. Has a few nicks in the leather, but is comfortable and in good condition – and from a pet free and smoke free home. Just over 8’ wide. The top of the back is 27” high and it is about just over 36” deep. Fairly heavy, buyer will need to bring help to load.
