Has a manufacturer’s tag on the shoulder that is hard to read, and a tag with a patent trade of 1906. The base is stamped ‘Hallborchert Dress Form Company, New York, Chicago’. The pedal on the bottom releases the middle pole to raise or lower the form. All of the individual panels are adjustable, there are wingnuts on back of each, and sliding rails. The wingnuts and bolts are old and haven’t been used for a long time. All original and in good condition. The top can be as low as 43” or as high as about 68”.
